Terms and conditions
Win a loose 1.50ct lab-grown diamond. One entry per full £100 paid. Entries close 24 December 2026 at 15:00 London time.
1. Promoter

2. Dates and eligibility
The promotion runs from 1 November 2026 until 15:00 on 24 December 2026, London time. This is a fixed entry deadline even if the shop stays open later. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over. Pedro, Glow Jewellers staff and their immediate families cannot enter.
3. How entries are counted
Eligible customers are automatically allocated one entry for each full £100 actually paid to Glow Jewellers during the promotion. Payments across visits combine: £100 gives one entry and £200 gives two; £99 gives none. Paid deposits count when paid, and remaining balances count only when paid before the deadline. Unpaid quotations do not count. Refunds are deducted from qualifying spend and entries recalculated. Normal prices remain unchanged and no extra charge is made for entering.
4. Entry records
Please ensure Pedro has your name and a current phone number or email address so your payments and entries can be linked and you can be contacted if you win. You can ask Pedro to confirm your qualifying payments and entry count. Each valid entry has the same chance of selection; no online ticket purchases are offered.
5. The prize
One winner receives one loose 1.50ct lab-grown diamond. The prize diamond has been supplied and sponsored by Bibs Polishers Jewellery Workshop of Hatton Garden, London. The advert uses an illustrative image, not a photograph of the actual prize; the illustration does not promise a particular cut, colour, clarity or certificate. A ring or other setting is not included. If the winner wishes, Pedro can discuss a separate, optional commission using the diamond; any setting costs extra and is agreed separately. No purchase of a setting is required to claim the diamond. There is no cash alternative.
6. Sponsorship
The prize diamond is supplied and sponsored by Bibs Polishers Jewellery Workshop, 31 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8DH. The sponsorship is a generous contribution to the promotion; it does not change how entries are counted, how the winner is selected or who may enter.
7. Selecting the winner
Pedro will conduct the draw after the shop closes on 24 December 2026, using a verifiably random computer process across all valid entries. Evidence of the entry list and random result will be retained. The draw will not be decided by personal preference.
8. Contacting the winner and claiming
The winner will be contacted by phone or email using the details supplied and has 14 days from the first notification to claim. If the prize is unclaimed within that period, or the selected entrant is ineligible, Pedro will run another verifiably random draw from the remaining valid entries, with the same claim period. The winner and Pedro will arrange collection of the loose diamond from the Dorking shop. Eligibility and identity may be checked before handover.
9. Privacy and draw information
Names, contact details, payment records and entry numbers are used to administer the draw, check eligibility and contact the winner, not to automatically subscribe entrants to marketing. Records are kept only as needed to administer the promotion, deal with queries and meet legal record-keeping obligations. Contact Pedro to discuss access to or correction of your information. Information confirming that a valid award took place can be requested from the promoter after the draw; entrants may object to disclosure of their surname or county, although relevant information may still need to be supplied to the ASA if requested. No winner photograph or testimonial will be used without separate permission.
10. Social media
This promotion is run by Glow Jewellers, not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Facebook. Entrants release Instagram and Facebook from responsibility for the promotion. A like, share, follow or comment is not an entry requirement.
